Cornerstone has a special heart and concern for widows in our church and beyond.
With that in mind, Cornerstone has quarterly gatherings for the widows at Cornerstone.
Once a year we host a regional gathering that is open to all churches and to the community.

What We Believe
Our Widows Ministry is built on the biblical foundation that God is a “father of the fatherless and a defender of widows” (Psalm 68:5). We believe that every woman in this season of life has a purposeful place in the body of Christ and is deeply valued by our church family. Our mission is to provide a supportive community where we can continue to study God’s Word verse-by-verse, finding comfort and strength in His inerrant promises. We believe that through sincere fellowship and shared prayer, we can carry one another’s burdens and reflect the love of Jesus to those around us. This ministry exists to ensure that no one walks alone, offering a space to grow spiritually while receiving the practical and emotional care defined in Scripture. Above all, we hold to the truth that God’s grace is sufficient for every trial and that His love remains our steadfast cornerstone.
